OPEN DAYS
SATURDAY 9th MARCH
To thank National Lottery players for their support, join us at Dreamland Margate on Saturday 9th March between 11am and 3pm and take part in our FREE event featuring a host of "Circus" Inspired workshops, celebrating over 100 years of Dreamland's unique history and heritage.
Younger guests can step into the circus ring and learn "Circus Skills" with the amazing THIS BEAN SPINS, Thanet based community theatre organisation Looping the Loop will be joining us and hosting a circus inspired workshop, Ceramics Artist Jayne Wright brings her Tiles of Joy project to Dreamland, and artist Ieuan Edwards will be showcasing some of his wonderful unique Lino Print designs. Visit our Pop-Up Museum showcasing Dreamland's wonderful history and learn more about the Legendary Lord Sanger through Looping the Loops Sanger community play project.
The event will be taking place in the Ballroom at Dreamland Margate (Hall by the Sea Road CT9 1XP) from 11am until 3pm
Come dressed as your favourite circus hero!
The Dreamland Heritage Trust is offering free entry to the event for anyone in possession of a National Lottery ticket/ scratchcard. Dreamland Heritage Trust will be taking part in National Lottery Open Week with a special offer, as detailed above, to National Lottery players who provide proof of purchase.

Ballroom at DREAMLAND MARGATE
The Circus workshop will take place between Midday and 1pm
​
Younger guests can step into the circus ring and learn "Circus Skills" with the amazing This Bean Spins! Learn impressive tricks with lots of circus props including spinning plates, balancing feathers, juggling scarfs, hula hoops, mini stilts and more!
SPACES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO 25 GUESTS so please reserve your space for this workshop by purchasing a ticket which includes a donation of £3.
